TALIM ARAB

Talim Arab was born in London and grew up in Queensland, Australia. His poetry was Highly Commended by the Arts Queensland Thomas Shapcott Poetry Prize for an Unpublished Manuscript and received third place in the Arts Queensland Val Vallis Award for an Unpublished Poem; he won the State Library of Queensland’s Young Writers Award. He was also shortlisted for The Guardian/4th Estate BAME Short Story Prize.

 

He has a passion for pianos, ballet, opera and a fine cup of coffee. 

 

Talim Arab is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
